Shop Floor Integration User

when “Use Additional Insight Works User Login” is toggled on is there some trick to getting the Shop Floor Add-on to work? When this is disabled I can get the shop floor add on to to match the user SFI Employee > User ID = user_id. “Use Additional Insight Works User Login” is toggled on I get the error “You Must have a Shop Floor Employee….” even though according to Inspect Context in the Designer the stored user_id matches SFI Employee > User ID field

-additional information, in our instance IWX User > User ID does match SFI Employee > No. field
