      Hi,

      I’ve installed the warehouse version into a BC sandbox for testing with an Android 11 phone, I can connect but if I try and receive when I select the PO I get the following error “Error (v2.6.8105.5) Unable to locate or generate an appropriate Receipt document”. This happens for all the PO in the list.

        Can you confirm the logged-in user is set up as a warehouse employee?

          Hi John,

          I think that could be the issue, it seems that the production environment doesn’t use warehouse functionality hence I chose the standard option on the setup, however it looks like our sandbox has it enabled as entering a new order requires a warehouse and bin location to be entered for the items. I will check to see why the sandbox is setup differently and try again.
