For exmaple: We have receiving window in the android app. Above filter field where we can search by document number there is text Select or scan the Receiving Document to open. Under translations i found this message and besides EN-US as region code I added also RS(Serbia) as region code. Before this I added a SRP languange under the Warehouse Insight Languages with the Windows Language Code (Serbian and also Serbian (Latin, Serbia). When then English language is set on the android device text is shown correctly “Select or scan the Receiving Document to open.”, but when Serbian (Latin, Serbia) is set on the android device as default language i dont get translated message, but get RECEIVE_PROMPT which is the value from Code field of the translation for that label.
When set Enviroment property under translation card to All, Server, Device a result is the same.

What scanner model do you have?
If you just switched the language in WHI app it wont show, you need to adjust Android (scanner language) as well. In this case you going to change the translation language to Serbian in BC (like you did already) , also change the language to Serbian on the device.
Thank you,
Roman
