      Hello,

In Dynamic Ship I changed the Item Quantity Behavior to “Pack One” instead of “Prompt” for quality control.  We have many items that look similar so we want the agents to scan each item to make sure they are packing the correct item.  The issue is that if we need to remove multiple of the same item we would have to scan each item one at a time.  For example, if a customer ordered 50 widgets then said I want to change that order from 50 to 30, we would have to scan the item 20 times to remove it from the package.

We used E-ship previously and we had a quick command that would toggle the quantity field on and off when scanning, that would allow them to enter the amount instead of scanning an item 20 times.   Then when they are finished entering the amount, they would scan the toggle quantity command again to put it back to Pack One.  Is there any command in Dynamic Ship that will allow us to do this?

No, that is a system setting, so you would need to exit the Package Worksheet and then change the Item Quantity Behavior on the Dynamic Ship Setup page. If you would like a toggle for it, you would need to email [email protected] and request a customization.

Note that instead of trying to do that with the scanner, you could use the mouse to select the Packing >> Unpack Partial menu where you would be prompted for the quantity to remove.
