      Hello

      The production manager is looking for a quick report that displays all operators that did not clock off from the previous day’s shift. Is the list of shop floor timecards sufficient or will it exclude any that do not have a log out time?

      Secondly, is it just a case of editing the Logout time on the timecard for the production mgr to process the shift end if it is still running/incorrect?

        Hello Will,

        For this request, the best solution is simply to look at the list of time cards in BC.

        Put a filter for the correct date (in Login time) with yesterday’s date.
        Put a filter to see the open TCs.
        Any TC visible would be a time card for which the SF employee did not do “End Shift”.

        There is also the “Shop Floor Attendance Messages” report that will tell you if you have a TC for the employee and this report will show you the login and logout times.

        Reminder that the logout time gets updated every time the user interacts with the SF web client. So this will not show you if the time card is still open, but you will see the last time at which the employee interacted with his/her time card.
