      We received this message on an order and we have never seen this come up.  What does this means?  We selected both and clicked okay and the order processed but we are trying to understand what caused this.

        Hello Hector,

        That message is a prompt to let you know that a Package Option or Shipment Option may have changed and needs to be updated.

        Based on the screenshot you provided of the Default Templates and Order Options, the settings “Update Order Options on Order Load Behavior” and “Update Order Options on Carrier Change Behavior” are set to “Prompt for Update.” That is why you are receiving that message. Your choice of “Both” was absolutely correct in that situation.

          Thank you Terri for the explanation. We will update the settings to Always update and crossing fingers we do not mess anything up lol.
