How do I reset the config on a device to go to a different environment……
It seems to be stuck in the sandbox…
Assuming you are on SaaS:
To switch environments on an android device you must first generate a Data Matrix Barcode within Business Central.
To do this:
– Move to Business Central within the desired environment.
– Search ‘Warehouse Insight Device Configuration Report’.
– Toggle the appropriate ‘Barcode Types’ you would like generated onto your barcode.
– Select the desired ‘Code’ and ‘Location Code’ found under ‘Filter: Warehouse Insight Device Configuration’.
– Once complete, select ‘Preview & Close’ and scan the generated barcode after logging out of your device.
