Our salespeople sometimes use the custom address option for the ship-to address on sales orders. When they do, we get an error in Dynamic Ship saying the ship to phone number is blank. I do not see where I can set the ship to phone number on the sales order without using an Alternate Address as the ship to. Is there a setting I’m missing?
