I have setup DocExtender for Sharepoint but when I try to drop in the document I  get the following message:

DocXtender was not able to create a SharePoint link. SharePoint’s Message: Invalid hostname for this tenancy. Please review your SharePoint Host, Site, and Folder in the DocXtender Setup page. If this is a duplicate file you want to add, change Duplicate Behavior to Replace or Automatically Rename

I have reviewed the sharepoint site  and the setting and can’t find the reason for this error

I’m using system created site, I have the Sharepoint Host field correct but I’m not sure about the SharePoint Site field

I have figured this one out, I created another site with proper permissions and it works, but can’t still make the system created site work.

I am having a similar issue. I have the SP host CompanyName.Sharepoint.com, and I have a folder name. But I have no idea what the “site” name should be? I was successful linking a file on Monday. But since then I get a message that a connection to SharePoint cannot be made.
