    Hi, The page for service orders and service invoices is available to add attachments, I also see there the drag and drop for DocXtender, however when trying to import a file I get the message:

    The reccord is not open.

    The service order is on release status open, Is DocXtender not compatible with the service module?

    The Business Central page must have a “Document Attachment FactBox” pointing at a valid single record on any page you want to use DocXtender. The Attachment or Link factbox (not just the tab) must also be visible, so you may need to open personalization to add it.

    Hi,

    On the Service order, I have the FactBox visible. The “Link factbox”  is also visible.

    It is when I drag an attachment to this card that I receive the error that “the reccord is not open”. When I see this I would assume that this is standard ready to use on this page.

    Do I misunderstand this and do we still have to add some custimizations in order to have this extensions working for service?
