On some lines the Scheduled Receipt is populated but some not. I am trying to understand what drives this.

For example, if I go into the item card I can see that there are 8 on a purchase order but on the worksheet it is 0.

On some lines orders the Scheduled Receipt and the amount on open PO’s match.

Any advice here would be great.

        Hello Daniel,

The allocation and reservations that Order Fulfillment Worksheet shows are leveraged from Business Central directly.

I’m not sure why the documents are showing that information for you without being able to diagnose the data in real time. It’s possible the Item is on another document or waiting for documents to process.

Does the location in question use Put Away documents?

        Thank you,

          Thanks for your reply Terri,

I found that it was my misunderstanding of how the scheduled receipt was calculated. I now understand how it works.

Do you think it is possible to add the ‘Qty on Purchase Order’ from the item card to the worksheet.

Order Line Details / Availability / *Qty on Purchase Order*

            Hello Daniel,

It may be possible, but it would require a customization as we would be stepping outside of base Business Central logic. It may be that the modification needs to be done from a Business Central perspective as well.

In either case, it is best to enter a support ticket through our support portal, support@dmsiworks.com, so we can take a closer look at your requirements.

            Thank you,
