      Nothing happens in the app, when the end user scans.

      What are some troubleshooting steps that we can use?

        Good day, What type of scanner are you working with? Have you tried scanning the same barcode in a scanner app outside of WMS express to see if it registers the scan?

          It’s a Zebra 3300 (MC333U), and I confirmed beforehand that this is compatible:

          ZEBRA EVM, MC333XR, UHF RFID, CIRCULAR ANTENNA, WLAN, STANDARD RANGE 2D IMAGER (SE4770), 29 KEY, 2X BATTERY, ANDROID GMS, 4GB RAM / 32GB ROM, FCC BANDS.

          Yes, we have been able to scan otherwise.

            I sent you an email with scanner configuration details for Zebra scanners, please check the settings and let me know if you still have issues.

                The screenshot of “Barcoding” does not look the same as what is in our WMS Express app.

                For example, there is no field for “Intent Action” even though there is a field for “Barcode Wedge”.

                Does this make a difference?

                  Please try to match them as close as you can with the settings you see available. If need be we can set up a call with a scanner tech to review as the settings do vary a little bit from WHI and WMS express. Zebra has recently changed some of their setting screens as well.
