      We have bin mandatory set for our location.  It seems whenever we enter an count sheet we have to scan the bin then the item, then the bin again and the next item.   Is this the normal procedure because we have bin mandatory set?    We would love to be able to scan the bin once then scan all the items in the bin.  Is this possible or do we have to turn bin mandatory off?

        Hey Matthew,

        That is a setting you can change on the Warehouse Insight Device Configuration in Business Central. Simply select the Code of the device configuration you wish to change, go to the Inventory Count header, and set “Clear Bin on Inventory Count” to “No”.
