You are likely missing the extended text.

On the Product Configurator option choices where you want it included in the extended text, or comments, you would set the Add Extended Text field to Yes. If the option choice is included in the configuration it will include it in the extended text created for configured item.

To include the extended text on the sales line for the configured item, you can either manually add it from the action in sales line menu or have the system automatically add it by enabling the Automatic Ext. Texts field on the item record. If you want this field to be set when the Product Configurator creates the configured item then you would include it in the Data Template specified in the Configurator Item Categories.
