      Hi all,

      We ran into problems after installing the app into one of our production environments. For some reason “Qty. to Invoice”
      and “Qty. to Ship” on Sales Invoice lines were validated with 0-values, which prevented us from posting the invoice. There have been no similar issues when we have had the WMS Express app installed. What could cause this behaviour?

        Hello Petri,

        Your scan behaviors may not be set up the way you want.

        You can take a look at the Warehouse Insight Scan Behaviors in Business Central. You can change your “Scan Quantity Behaviors” here to the quantity you wish to display in the Quantity Dialogue Screen.
