      Hi

      Today it seems that Printnode only is connected and queue print jobs.
      But it never prints.
      We ave tested testprint from printnode portal and from sending system “Business Central”.
      In “Business Central” we use an app from Insigth Works called “Insight Works PrintNode Connector”.
      This app have worked great for som time and same for printnode portal.
      But now it juste stops printing, only queue print jobs !

      I also get an new error when I try to reinstall everything. Printnode 4.26.12 windows 10. (previous version that was installaed was 4.24).

      “Insight Works PrintNode Connector” gets error when tries to enter API key in app for registration “business central” to printnode.

      “Det går inte att konvertera från Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavJsonToken till Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavJsonObject.

      As I see it there is something wrong with connection from printnode because it juste queues print jobs!
      I have sent log to support in installed printnode program.

        Hi,

        You would need to contact PrintNode support directly at support@printnode.com for this issue.

        The PrintNode Connector app just provides a link to PrintNode from Business Central, it does not control the queueing of the print jobs.
