      Hi, I’m currently struggling with getting a packing list to print when shipping items out. I assume it’s thru Internal Package Label, but the button/command doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve tried it in many points of the shipping process (before packing, after, after label, after posting) and nothing seems to work.

      Let me know what other info you may need. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

        The best packing slip to use is the existing sales shipment posting report, which can be set to automatically print on post by changing Order Post Behavior to one of the “Ship (Print)” options on the Dynamic Ship Setup page.

        Using the internal package report requires setting up a report first, so it would be recommended to sign up for Dynamic Ship training from our support team before delving into that report.
