We have been having difficulty getting a new installation of Order Ship Express to work on our Business Central cloud sandbox environment. We can complete setup, however we are unable to run Get Rates on a Sales Order.
EasyPost recently discontinued offering their UPS DAP Digital Access Program accounts. It seems that Order Ship Express may be looking for this specific type of account, as it does not seem to work with our existing UPS account that we added to EasyPost.
This is the error we receive when trying to use Get Rates on a Sales Order on a newly configured installation.
A rate could not be found for UPS GROUND with order order_c56d6bb79e58490484e11672af9797d4.
