    Our AP clerk is attempting to drag a pdf document from an email in Outlook and keeps receiving the following error

    Can someone help point me in the right direction to resolve?

    There have been some recent changes in browser security that affect temp files. Try opening BC in another browser to see if it works there – Chrome and Edge were working the last that I checked. Otherwise you will need to save the file to your local drive before dragging into BC. There should be a fix coming for this in a few weeks once it is approved by Microsoft for AppSource.

    Hi Matthieu,

    Please uninstall and then reinstall DocXtender to get the current version. Otherwise, it will update automatically when Business Central updates.
