      We need our customer to be sent the invoice to the email on the customer card, but we need the shipping notification to go to the Ship to address email and phone number is this possible using the Override customer contact ability ?

        Hi Paul,

        In Customer Options, you can add an additional email to receive tracking notifications. Enter your email addresses separated by a comma or a semi-colon and then set the Override to Manual Entry.
