We have a unique situation – an out of state customer stopped by our location and picked up his shipment in person. As such, no UPS label or tracking number (or package info like weights and dimensions) exists.
Now, the customer needs to return one of the items for a warranty concern and our policy is to pay for warranty shipping returns. I need to create a “return label” but I will also need to manually enter box size and weight. Can this be done from within Dynamic Ship?
