Using NavXtender 1.2.7104.32317 (64bit). Product work great when in the office but when on VPN when I drag a document to a Opportunity Card it goes to the configured share location however no entry or link gets associated to the Opportunity or to any other Card.

Are there separate or additional configurations for Dynamics NAV (2018) users who access NAV via the Windows Client? All features are available to the NAV Client but not NavXtender when on VPN.  Our VPN is Fortinet Fortgate VPN and Client.

<div>We use VPN here with no issues. I wonder if your VPN or firewall is blocking the SOAP port externally.</div>

<div>You might want to try the latest NavXtender update (1.2.7204.32317-32292):</div>

<div>Try clicking the Test button in the NavXtender Configuration to make sure that the workstation can reach the SOAP service without requiring a login. If it prompts for a login or errors out, you may need to setup a separate NAV service with SOAP using Windows Authentication with NTLM enabled.</div>
