      Hi guys,

      Due to the recent NAV2018 security patch released by Microsoft, which we have to install, we are going to be doing a technical upgrade from NAV2018CU08 (Build 23572) to NAV2018CU60 (Build 50704), effectively.  We are currently running Warehouse Insight v2.2.7535.0 and I was wondering if jumping that many build versions would require us to upgrade our Warehouse Insight version?  Or does v2.2.7535.0 work all the way up to CU60 (Build 49618)?

        Hi,

        Since you are staying on NAV 2018, you do not need to upgrade Warehouse Insight as part of the move from CU08 to CU60. Warehouse Insight compatibility is based on the major NAV version rather than the cumulative update/build number. Your current Warehouse Insight v2.2.7535.0 should continue to work with NAV 2018 CU60. The main thing to ensure during the technical upgrade is that none of the existing Warehouse Insight code or modifications in the NAV objects are dropped or overwritten during the merge/upgrade process. As long as the WHI code is retained correctly in the upgraded NAV objects, you should be good to continue using your current Warehouse Insight version.
