      Feature would allow a manger to create views for other users, set the default view for each OfW user, determine which users can create/edit views.

      We accept back orders and allocate orders on a FIFO basis based on order date.

      As an example of why we want this, I would not want a user setting a view for only UPS orders as then OfW would ignore all other orders in its allocation calculation.

        Thanks for the suggestion. Some of this is currently in the roadmap and some can be done now.

        To make views global, or to provide a specific user, open the “Custom Views” page and make the “User ID” field visible (if it’s not by default). You can then edit the list to change the user ID – if you make the ID blank, all users will be able to see the view. Or you can assign views to a specific user and only they will see it in the “Select View” page.

         

        To prevent users from editing or creating views, adjust the Business Central permissions on the “IWX Custom View” table.
