      Hi,

      I have currently reinstalled the app on our scanner but on the  log in screen after entering the email address and logon it is then dispalying the Message . . . .

      Need admin approval

      Need permission to Access resources in your organisation that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant Permission to this app before you can use it.

      Have an admin account ? Sign in with that account

      Return to the application without granting consent

       

      At the moment we cannot use the scanners due to this, any information would be greatly received.

        Hi Paul,

        A user needs to sign into the scanner with an account that has admin rights in Azure. Alternatively you can create a new entry for ‘Warehouse Insight’ on the ‘Azure Active Directory Applications’ page in Business Central with the Client ID of ‘3a171073-4bea-41f2-af3b-0431195184f8’, and set the status to ‘Enabled’. Then run the ‘Grant Consent’ action where you will still need to sign in with an account that has admin rights in Azure.
