Hi Insight Works,
I tried to use the free app in our sandbox but there’s a license issue. I’m a super user so there should be no permission issue. Even if I added the permission, the error message is still there. Do you know how to fix this? We have Warehouse Insight Advanced WMS registration. Do we need to have other registrations to use the free app? Thanks.
Your license does not grant you the following permissions on CodeUnit IWX DocXtender: Execute. To view details about your permissions, see the Effective Permissions page. To report a problem, refer to the following server session ID: ‘49905’.
Make sure to restart your browser after installing a new app in Business Central, since the license is not applied in the same session that it is installed.
Otherwise, your Business Central partner would need to investigate the session ID in the message as they are the only ones that have access to that info.
