Can we keep the item category as a text field instead of option in insight works product configurator?
Because for the client, there is a large amount of data almost 2, oo,000 rows in excel which needs to be imported. Every time we add a new item category, the excel data keeps increasing, so the time to import the data in the Business Central, takes a huge amount of time.
So, I wanted to know if we can keep one option as normal text field, which salesperson can add data while creating the sales quote. One example for such case is Size of an item. So, when customer clicks on the option, they should be able to add manually the data, ex: 5″ or 5MM.
Kindly let me know if anything like this is possible.
