      Hi,

      We’re having issues when picking an item.
      Our Business Central is set up to be in French by default meaning that item description are all in French but an English translation exists for every item.

      We have users using Warehouse Insight in French and English.

      When an English user creates a pick, the pick sheet is created in English which is what we expect.
      The problem is that in the handheld device the item description shows the French default description and not the actual description coming from the warehouse pick (the correctly translated description).

      Here’s a screenshot that shows what I mean.
      On the left, our warehouse pick where you can read the English description name and on the right, the exact line in the handheld device but with the French description. The device is also configured to be in English so this is not a device issue.

      Any help resolving this? Thank you.

        I forgot to mention the versions.
        Business Central Cloud : 22.3
        Warehouse Insight : 2.10 (also tried it on v. 2.9 in case is was a new bug)

          Description in the Enter Quantity dialog is based off the item description (not the line).

          Easiest work around would be to use the “override_description” variable prior to opening the dialog to set it to the line description.  That is with creating an override for the warehouse Insights applications.

          If you have updated to Warehouse insights 2.10,  2.9 is not compatible. This is the result of changes and removal of pages and table from the Microsoft side upgrading to BC22.
