      Under Shipment Insurance, the Insurance Value Handling is set to Content Price, however the Insurance Amount ($) is zero.  What do I need to change to correct this so that the Insurance Amount ($) shows as the Content Price and not zero?

        Hello Brett,

        The Content Price and Content Cost are fields that are for extensibility modifications. They do not pull in any value from the Sales Order.

        If you wish to insure a package, the recommendation is to use the “Custom” value and enter in the amount you want the package insured for. If you wish to have the Content Price or Content Cost populate, you would need to reach out to your Business Central Partner for assistance.

          Hi Terri,

          Thank you.  If the field is filled out with a custom value, is that insuring the package with the carrier?
