      I am having a problem while trying to install the app on a sandbox environment of our own.

      Through App Source  , i am navigating to the app url –>Get it Now –> (Selecting my sandbox environment). However , no matter how many times i tried ,i can’t see the app in the Extension Management page ( within Business Central ) nor the assisted setup which i need to manual setup.

      It seems that everything runs fine when it comes to getting the app, however , i can’t find or notice any change within my sandbox environment. Am i missing anything?

        Hi Antonis,

        Not sure, what would be causing this as you’re not able to install any extension.

        However, I’d suggest to check the Deployment status while you’re installing the extensions. If there are any errors you’ll be able figure out from there.

        Extensions Management page > Manage > Deployment status
