One of the end users of WMS Express will not access Business Central. He will simply be scanning bar codes.
Just the same, does he need to be created as a Business Central user in the “Insight Works Users” window within Business Central?
You do not require an Insight Works user if you are signing in with a Business Central user. You only require a Insight Works user if you are sharing the Business Central user and need to differentiate who is signed in.
Do you only need users in this window, then, if they are going to both scan and need to review the data within Business Central immediately?
