      Hello, I am Peter from Deex Korea.

      I’ve been trying to use the Insight Works License Plate Templates but I couldn’t find out how to.

      I tried creating license plate by entering box template but it did not retrieve any dimension information.

      I’ve searched the knowledge base and forums but I couldn’t get any help.

      Could you help me with this?

        Hi Peter,

        To learn more about License Plates in Warehouse Insight and how they work, please see this Knowledge Base article: License Plates

        To learn more about License Plate Templates in Dynamic Ship, please see this Knowledge Base article: License Plate Templates

        However, when using License Plates Templates in Dynamic Ship you will need to enter the Shipment Dimensions instead of the standard length, width, and height.
