      Hi,

      We just started using the app and everything works well apart from our Honeywell handheld scanner. When we scan a GTIN from the barcode that is on the product box we can see that the sting that is returned to the app ends with an empty space. Therefore the app does not find any item.

      How can we solve this? I suppose we can instruct the app to trim the string before using it?

        I found the setting on the Honeywell device to solve the issue:

        Symbology settings – EAN-13 – Send check digit.
