      Hi,

      we’ve just upgraded our application to 2.10 and are having issues with our scanners that are configured in French.

      When we open a document, the numbers are not displayed correctly.

      For example, we have 2030.00 units to receive. In French, that number shows up as 2,030.00
      In the application, it shows up as 2,03.

      Every other number after the false “decimal” is lost.
      I’m not sure if this is an Android issue or a WHI issue.
      Changing the system language to English resolves this but WHI supports French as a language.

      Anyone knows how to resolve this?

        There was an issue that came with the last update, it is currently being worked on by our developers. This should get resolved with the next update, that is 2.11.

        Unfortunately, the only workaround at this time is changing the language to English.

          Thank you for the quick reply. I understand that this is an edge case and will use the English version for the time being.
