      FedEx and UPS have extra “tags” that are like receipts, or internal labels/stickers that are kept on internal paperwork and print out with the box label.  How do we configure these in Dynamic Ship?

        The labels returned from the carrier API contain only the 4×6 label, not the 4×7 label which is only availble through the carreir’s own app. The data on that extra tab is all stored electronically on the license plate, so it does not need to be printed. If you still want a printed copy, contact your Business Central partner and they can customize the carrier label report to inclide the additional information. They will need to contact us directly for the report source to edit.
