      Hello,

Please I need some help. I just configured the extension and gone through all the setup. When goign in a sales order –> Create shiping labels, I introduce all the data and when clicking “get rate” I always got the same error “The County must be entered as a two character abbreviation for the origin”

We ship from Spain and our company country is set to ES.

The ship-from address comes from the location card, not the company setup. Check that both the address on the sales order and the location card follow your local post office formatting. including a two-digit country code.

          Thanks for you quick answer.

Yes, on the location card, the country code is in two-digit country code as well, so I still don’t get why I am having the error. (I tried to attach a screenshot but it doesnt work on the forum). The country code is ES on the location card

OK Sorry, just solved that error. There was two fields for the country and one had the incorrect code.

Now that it is solved, I get a pop from Order Ship Express Dynamic telling me that international shipping not supported…:( Is it really only available in the USA???

Order Ship Express is only available for domestic shipments. Make sure that the Ship-to address on the order also has country set to ES since a blank does not count as a match. If you want to ship to other countries (regardless if they are also in the EU), Dynamic Ship would be the application to use:
