The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized
I am using another user for a different device, I went to ” WMS Express Setup Wizard ” and configured. When I scan the Warehouse Insight Software Installation print out, I get this error while scanning the Step 3 (Final Step) which is the login credentials.
Am I doing something wrong ? or how should I have to configure the other device in a different way ? Request your kind intervention to address my query.
The error usually means the credentials were typed/scanned incorrectly. In many cases users copy the Web Service Key but misses the few characters at the end, it usually ends in an “=”.
To make sure he entire Web Service Key is copied, click the Web Service Key field box (do not highlight the text) and hit Ctrl + C on your keyboard. A prompt saying “Field value copied” should appear. You can then regenerate the Step 3 barcode by going to “Windows Badge” report in Business Central. Enter your Username and paste the Web Service Key as the password. Click Preview then scan the badge barcode.
