      Hello,

      when we open a direct link to server Shop floor apear this log. What can we do?

        Hello David,

        This seems like a misconfiguration of the Shop Floor Insight web client config file, usually found in this location below (where the SF service is installed).

        “C:\Program Files\Insight Works\Shop Floor Insight\IW.TimeCollectionModule.Service.exe.Config”

        I would recommend they review and confirm that the Shop Floor Insight extension is properly installed and configured in the BC/NAV environment.

        Then also review the three URLs in the SF config file that are required to identify the proper BC environment/company. This can be done by reviewing this link here: https://kb.dmsiworks.com/knowledge-base/how-to-troubleshoot-400-bad-request-errors-in-shop-floor-insight/.

        If the issue persists, please submit a ticket to our support portal via support@dmsiworks.com.
