September 10, 2026 at 6:50 amPost count: 29All, I have been working to get teh Dynamic Ship Analysis app functional again within our Power BI environment, but every time I attempt to reset my credentials and database connection informaiton, it failes to refresh and I get the following error:
<ccon>Expression.Error: The key didn’t match any rows in the table.. Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ErrorCode = 10061. Key = [Name = “Jo-Kell, Inc.”]. Table = #table({“Name”, “Display_Name”, “Data”, “ItemKind”, “ItemName”, “IsLeaf”}, {}). </ccon>. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.
This morning, I deleted it from our PBI envirnment and reloaded the app from the Marketplace. It still failed after going through the initialization steps it walks your through.
Before I replaced the app, I noticed the last known valid refresh occurred in mid-February, according to the date on the semantic model refresh information.
What can I do to fix this issue?

Thanks for reaching out.
This error could indicate that Power BI is unable to find the Jo-Kell, Inc. company in the connected Business Central environment.
Could you please verify that:
- Jo-Kell, Inc. is still the exact company name in Business Central.
- The Dynamic Ship extension is installed and up to date in the Business Central environment.
- The account being used for the Power BI connection has access to the Jo-Kell, Inc. company.
- The Power BI connection is pointing to the correct Business Central environment.
If all of the above are correct and the issue persists, please let us know.
Regards,
Jason

- Jo-Kell, Inc. is still the exact company name in Business Central. — yes that is correct as Jo-Kell, Inc.
- The Dynamic Ship extension is installed and up to date in the Business Central environment. — my version in BC shows 1.0.0.0 yet the current version on your app-release tracker page shows 1015, and that’s what shows on teh Appsource page. I can’t get a new version to download from app center. Can you provide a link, or how can I get the proper most up-to-date version for upload to BC?
- The account being used for the Power BI connection has access to the Jo-Kell, Inc. company. — yes, it’s my account
- The Power BI connection is pointing to the correct Business Central environment. — yes, it is our Production environment and this had been working up until February from what i can tell.
Thanks,
John
