      I am trying to install Docxtender, I have the level of Super. I select from the market place and from the site itself. i start the install but it never appears in the xtension management screen. I have tried several of our instances. Can someone share there ideas? it should be simple.

      I am on a current version of Bus Central 20.5 and it is hosted.

        Technically the app is only supported on the Microsoft Business Central SaaS, but it usually installs ok on LS Retail too if the Business Central version is up to date. Note that SharePoint attachments will not work in LS Retail, so only the drag and drop with regular attachments are possible.
        As a free product, support would be through LS Central, so they would need to check their install logs to see what failed.

          Hi,

          Just to be clear, we can’t install the app on a premis right? do you have any plan to have the app available onPremis?
