      A prospect has POS terminals, how do we use them with Counter Sales?

      Do we need a device licence, how does the cash draw work, this will be cloud based?

        Hello Lyn,

        At this time there is no standard support for cash drawers in Counter Sales.

        We are planning to introduce support in an upcoming product release (there is no confirmed timeline). If it is required sooner it would require an investigation to see if the existing cash drawers are compatible and to determine what is required for them to work with Counter Sales.
