        Hello Zachary,

The first thing we would recommend is to ensure that you have the latest version of the Graphical Scheduler. The current release as of June 6th, 2024, is version 1.8 which was released in December 2023.

If you need the files for an on-premise installation, you can contact our support portal for this: support@dmsiworks.com

Next, ensure that you have proper times configured on the Manufacturing Setup page in BC. Ensure that the “Normal Starting Time” is OK and “before” the “Normal Ending Time”.

Then, have a look at the Graphical Scheduler Setup page, in the “Defaults” section, ensure that you have a “normal starting time” set here, along with a “normal ending time” as well.

Another possibility is that if you have different time zones configured in Windows and in BC. If the time zone configured for your BC user in “My settings” is “before” the time zone you have in Windows, then you could perhaps have some issues. For example, if the user has a BC TZ in Mountain, but the Windows TZ is for Eastern time, then this might cause an issue when viewing the production order with an hour and Day scale.

If you are still having issues, please contact our support portal via the email address support@dmsiworks.com.

        Thank you,
