      We have one user is having issues dragging and dropping files into DocXtender directly from Outlook. The user is running Windows 11 and we’ve tried this on the newest versions of both Edge and Chrome. If I enable dev tools, I’m able to see this error:

      No files could be attached. If you tried dragging a file or e-mail from Outlook of from inside another application, your browser does not support that. Try saving the file and then dragging from the folder you saved it in.

      We confirmed that saving the file first does allow us to drag and drop, however, this user is the only user running into this when other users have identical workstations.

      Are there browser requirements somewhere?

        Direct application dragging might work occasionally, but is not supported. Make sure that the user drags a file directly from Windows File Explorer instead of from an application.
