      Buenas tardes
      Actualmente tenemos instalada la extensión de PrintNode para Business Central (BC) SaaS (22.4.59114.59220):
      Insight Works PrintNode Connector v.2.3.8250.2
      IWorks Common Insight Works v. 2.11.8588.2

      Al intentar agregar (en BC) unas impresoras de un nuevo equipo, desde la opción:
      Impresoras PrintWeb de Insight Works, Actualizar impresoras PrintNode,
      , como ya hemos hecho con otros equipos anteriormente, no podemos actualizar impresoras PrintNode. Sale el siguiente error:
      No se puede convertir de
      Microsoft Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavisonToken a
      Microsoft Dynamics Nav.Runtime.NavJsonObject.

      Si solicita soporte, proporcione los detalles siguientes para ayudar a solucionar el problema:

        Insight Works PrintWeb Printers, Upgrading PrintNode Printers

        Good afternoon
        We currently have installed the PrintNode extension for Business Central (BC) SaaS (22.4.59114.59220):
        Insight Works PrintNode Connector v.2.3.8250.2
        IWorks Common Insight Works v. 2.11.8588.2
        When trying to add (in BC) printers from a new computer, from the option:
        Insight Works PrintWeb Printers, Update PrintNode Printers,
        , as we have done with other computers before, we cannot update PrintNode printers. The following error comes out:
        Cannot be converted from
        Microsoft Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavisonToken a
        Microsoft Dynamics Nav.Runtime.NavJsonObject.

          Hi Robert,

          Thanks for reaching out. The error you are receiving is due to an invalid printer defined in your PrintNode app. You will need to log into your PrintNode account and remove inactive printers so that only valid printers remain:

          https://api.printnode.com/app/devices
