      Hi all,

      I created a new rule in Insight Works Barcode Rules and it’s working when I “Test All Rules”. It is also working in the Item Inquiry and in Picks, but it’s not working in Dynamic Ship: I get the Unknown Scan message.

      Is it normal? Is it possible to have the Barcode Rules applied in Dynamic Ship?

        All barcode rules apply to Dynamic Ship as well. You will need to submit an email to support@dmsiworks.com with:

        • screenshots of the barcode rule (may need multiple as the page is very wide)
        • a copy of the barcode being scanned
        • a screenshot of the data on the card that the barcode is attempting to reference.
