      For some reason barcodes generated are left in the media table even though it is supposed to be using temporary records. I believe there’s a bug in the source code but since it’s hidden, there’s no way to tell.

      I noticed our media table was getting large even though we don’t use it much on records. What I discovered is it’s primarily generated barcode images that are getting permanently stored there.

      What’s the best way to report this issue to Insight Works?

        Have your Business Central partner email our support (support@dmsiworks.com) with as much technical details as possible. All support for our free apps is through your partner.

          Our partner doesn’t even have access to our environment. We have on staff developers and have written all of our own extensions.

            Any help on this would be appreciated. I’m sure you can see I’m using the code properly according to the guide. It’s still leaving images in our media table.

            We do not use our Microsoft partner, so any direct help would be appreciated.
