      Hi Guys,

      We are experiencing an issue with attachment preview in Business Central after the recent wave update.

      When trying to preview some PDF attachments, the Media Preview window shows a broken/blank preview. The files can still be opened using View or Download, but the preview function is not working correctly.

      Our Business Central partner/developer has debugged the issue and advised that the preview issue appears to occur only when files are attached through DocXtender.

      We have tested to attach the same file using both methods:

      • Attached through DocXtender: Media Preview does not work
      • Attached through the standard BC upload function: Media Preview works correctly

      Could you please review the issue and advise on the appropriate fix? Thanks.

        Media Preview is a function of a third party app. Base Business Central viewing of PDF works in BC28, so this app may not be needed any more.
