      Hi All,

      I am trying to use Warehouse insight to pick items for a simple Assembly BOM. I have created the Assembly Order in BC , which has correctly added 3 component items to the lines. I then create the Pick (Loc require Picks is on, as is Bin mandatory) and I can see both the Assembly order and Pick on HH. However when i try and pick the items, i scan the Bin and the item but then it shows ‘quantity 0 PCS’ and if i enter a qty which should be picked i receive an error ‘Max allowed is: 0 pcs’. Cant understand why i would be picking 0 qty? Any idea’s. Thanks Andy.

        Seems to also be the same if i am moving qty’s of inventory from one item code to another via Assembly order.

          The quantity to handle being 0 when you first open the document is suggesting that when the pick was created the option to not handle the qty was not selected. If the qty is handled during pick creation, there is nothing left to handle on the scanner.

            I’m not quite following what you mean for the second inquiry. Please add some more detail. what are the steps to reproduce? what version of warehosue insights are you using?
