For any View with a zoom more precise than ‘day and week’ fails to render properly.

If I try ‘Hour and Day’, or ‘Calendar Day’, for example, instead of days / hours at the top, the columns have all disappeared – I only get a single day caption at the top left of the grid, with the ‘dates’ overlapping (it appears).

Meanwhile, ‘Day and Week’ are fine – it’s only when trying to compress the timeline to include ‘hours’ that it all fails.

This didn’t used to be the case, the last time I checked a few months ago – I was able to render hours and days without issue. What is going wrong – is there something wrong with the current version of the app?

First check BC time zone is set to the same as your windows time zone, BC time zone could be before or less than our windows time zone.
This will not happen if it is the other way around, check this for the user that is having this problem.
That the BC time zone and then the time zone of his computer that the user is logged on too( or server if he is logged on via a server).
The BC account needs to be in the same time zone as the computer ( ie the browser).

Another thing to check is the Manufacturing setup, make sure that the start time and end time are not over lapping, i.e start time is not set after the end time.

Ok, this is solved once computer time zone was changed to match with BC time zone, thanks.

Side note: user time zone set in ‘User Settings’ does not seem to influence it.
