      How do you fix the issue with the Insight Works Import Export PowerTool where the following happens: Why is Business Central preventing posting due to the following: Amount must have a value in Gen. Journal Line: Journal Template Name=PAYMENT, Journal Batch Name=PAYROLL, Line No.=309100000. It cannot be zero or empty.?

        The Import Export PowerTool does not do any data analysis other than applying any filters that you set. The data needs to follow all the same rules as with a configuration package. You would need to work with Microsoft to make sure that the data and layout are valid before importing it.
